Each time you receive an A•Glo experience, you can earn A•Glo Points. Over time they will add up, and you can redeem them for free products and services… whichever ones you want, whenever you are ready.

It’s our way of saying thank you to our guests. You deserve it. As our guest, you will be enrolled by simply providing your email address. How will I earn points? You earn points every time you visit A•Glo Spa & Salon and purchase services. (Gift Card purchases not included)

How do I earn extra points? We offer the following ways to earn extra points:

• Earn 300 points at your first ring-up as a new guest.
• Earn 200 points every time you pre-book your next reservation in salon.
• How do I redeem them? It’s up to you when you redeem them. You can do it as soon as you have 1000 points, or you can wait and accumulate more for a larger credit.

POINT REDEMPTION LEVELS — Collect enough points to earn these rewards:

Points are redeemable for products and services only, in the following $10 increments (Gift Cards excluded):

1000 Points = $10
2000 Points = $20
3000 Points = $30
4000 Points = $40
5000 Points = $50

Please Note:

• Your points are awarded at ring-up once you complete your experience.
• Pre-booking points will not be applied if the pre-booked reservation is cancelled or rescheduled without appropriate notice of 24 hours.
• Points cannot be shared or distributed. Each guest accumulates points separately.
• Points are not redeemable for cash.
• Points expire in 18 months.
