Will I always work with the same staff members?
At A•Glo Spa & Salon Co., we have a large number of staff that perform multiple services and our staff consists of both female and male professionals. You will be scheduled with whomever is available unless a preference is stated.

Can I bring my cellular phone?
Other guests are here to escape. Please leave your cell phones or pagers in your car or turn them off while at the A•Glo Spa & Salon Co.

Can I bring my children to A•Glo Spa & Salon Co.?
A•Glo Spa & Salon Co. is a refuge for adults, therefore we request that children be left in the care of a loving adult for client comfort. To respect all spa guests, children may be brought inside ONLY if they have a scheduled appointment, and children under 8 will not be permitted beyond the retail area.

I would like to bring a group to A•Glo Spa & Salon Co.  Do you have room for us?
Let us host your group. Our events coordinator will work with you to arrange your party’s schedule with the services of your choice.

Can you accommodate bridal parties?
Leading up to the day of your wedding, we’ll be here to welcome you and your bridal party with plenty of pampering. You will have a variety of services to choose from.

How early should I arrive for a spa treatment?
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow yourself ample time to check in, change and relax while enjoying complimentary refreshments. Please note that late arrivals will have treatment times adjusted accordingly to ensure timeliness for the next guest and will be charged for the full treatment originally reserved.

Do you require advanced scheduling for your salon and spa treatments?
Please make arrangements in advance to accommodate your needs. We are happy to accommodate any special needs, disabilities or a preference for a male or female therapist, please indicate when scheduling.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Please observe the courtesy of canceling or rescheduling reservations 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs should an emergency arise. However, we also have a strong commitment to our staff. Consequently, cancellations after the required notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved treatment or gift certificate value being redeemed. Failure to appear for a reserved reservation will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service or gift certificate value being redeemed.
